Instructions for Using Fluffy Elastic Needle Cloth

1、 Storage of needle clothing:

Needle cloth is a base fabric composed of a mixture of bundle layer, adhesive layer, and wool adhesive layer, and steel wire. Due to the different properties of various materials, it will produce sensitive reactions to temperature, humidity, sunlight, dust, oil, and other conditions. Therefore, when storing needle clothing, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated room, at least 200mm above the ground, with a relative humidity of less than 45%. The indoor temperature should be maintained at 0-40 ℃ and should not come into contact with corrosive substances. During transportation, direct sunlight and rain should be avoided. The general storage period does not exceed one year.

2、 Wrapping of needle fabric:

1. The wrapping operation of needle clothing is a fundamental task that has a significant impact on the lifespan and performance of needle clothing. The unboxing and sealing of needle clothing need to be placed in the fuzzing factory, and the needle clothing should be fully adapted to the temperature and humidity inside the factory before being wrapped. The tension of the wrapped needle fabric must adapt to the changes in fabric type and needle roller diameter. If the tension is uneven and too small, the force of the needle cloth in use will become weak, and if it is too large, the force of the needle cloth will be too strong. The end of the needle cloth wrap must be securely fixed with screws.

2. The heavy hammer wrapping method for controlling the tension of the wrapping is an ideal wrapping method that can achieve uniform tension. The tension of needle cloth wrapping can be referred to as follows:

Needle cloth bottom cloth, needle cloth width wrapped in roll needle cloth (kg/23mm)

Pilling needle cloth

Three layer rubber surface 23mm 10kg~25kg

(1) Needle roller diameter greater than φ 65 or sturdy fabric with a wrapping tension of 25kg.

(2) The winding tension of light woolen fabrics (such as loop velvet fabrics, etc.) should be 10-15kg.

3. When carrying out needle cloth wrapping operations, we recommend having at least two people perform this operation, and paying special attention to personnel safety during the operation.

4. Staff handling needle clothing should not work with sweaty hands or directly with their hands, as this can easily cause rust on the needle clothing, affecting the pilling effect or causing needle breakage.

5. When releasing the needle cloth, in order to prevent twisting of the needle cloth and inversion of the needle cloth edge, please use a rotary workbench. When wrapping the needle fabric, be careful not to cause overlapping bulges on the edge of the needle fabric, otherwise it is easy to cause uneven pilling or even needle fabric end cracks.

6. When wrapping needle cloth, attention should also be paid to checking the condition of the fuzzing needle roller and other related components.

3、 The use of needle clothing:

1. Before using the newly wrapped needle cloth for pilling, please make sure to check for any overlapping protrusions. If so, be sure to re wrap it. The new needle fabric for wrapping should be decided whether to perform needle copying treatment on the needle tip according to the actual situation.

2. After using the newly wrapped needle cloth, it is necessary to regularly check for looseness, stretching, and other phenomena in the initial stage. If any looseness or stretching of the needle fabric is found, it must be immediately rewound, otherwise it is easy to cause overlapping and protrusion of the needle fabric. After using the needle cloth for a certain period of time, the needle tip can be copied according to the actual situation.

3. During the use of needle clothing, it is recommended not to let the fuzzing machine vigorously fuzz under overload. Please refer to the breaking strength parameters in the physical performance table of elastic needle clothing for fuzzing. During the use of needle clothing, broken needles should also be checked and cleaned in a timely manner. If the situation is serious, new needle clothing should be shortened in a timely manner.

4. When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to wrap the needle cloth with vaporized anti rust paper to prevent rusting of the textile. If the machine is shut down for a long time without rust prevention treatment, it will cause the needle tips of the needle cloth to rust, and the use of rusted needle cloth will cause needle breakage.
